Prepare xanthan / glycerin / warm water slurry.
- 4Combine + whip4 min
Combine A + C and whip at 600 rpm with H₂O₂ injection to develop cells.
- 5Cast + cure27 h75 °C
Cast into acoustic-profile mold. Ambient cure 24h, then oven 75°C for 3h.
