    Part A mix8 min

    Blend fine-grade sawdust with CaCO₃ and borriesperse. Add PU emulsion and water. Mix 8 min.

    CNF dispersion6 min

    Add CNF hydrogel. Mix until no lumps.

    Rheology (Part C)15 min40 °C

    Prepare xanthan / glycerin / warm water slurry.

  4. 4
    Combine + whip4 min

    Combine A + C and whip at 600 rpm with H₂O₂ injection to develop cells.

  5. 5
    Cast + cure27 h75 °C

    Cast into acoustic-profile mold. Ambient cure 24h, then oven 75°C for 3h.
