Versioned formulations — the R&D source of truth. Every version is diffable, reviewable, and has a clear approval state before it can run in production.
Facade Panel – Rainscreen
Phenolic-bound lignin/sawdust blend with iron oxide pigments. Production recipe for FAC-PNL-CL. Cures via Fenton oxidation then oven post-cure; finished with beeswax / linseed oil blend.
Facade Panel – UV Extreme
Experimental lignin-heavy blend for harsh climates (Phoenix, Dubai). Adds iron oxide pigment and shifts binder ratio toward kraft lignin. Acoustic retest pending before candidate promotion.
Insulative Panel – R-19 Core
Low-density cellulose / CNF blend with ATH flame retardant. Standard spec for INS-PNL-R19. Uses sodium alginate for foam structure and minimal binder loading to preserve R-value.
Insulative Panel – Moisture-resistant
Adds silane coupling agent to treat CNF and sawdust surfaces, reducing moisture uptake in high-humidity cavities. Pending fire retest before promotion to approved.
Acoustic Panel – STC 40
Porous fine-particle matrix with polyurethane emulsion binder. Open-cell structure targets 500 Hz absorption with STC-40 transmission.
Acoustic Panel – STC 60
Higher-density acoustic stack for ACS-PNL-60 wall assemblies. Denser formulation and thicker panel deliver STC 60 with reasonable weight.
Furniture – Surface-finish Grade
Fine-particle sawdust with CNC reinforcement for visible surfaces. Uses Part D wax/oil treatment for a hand-finished look.
Insulative Panel – Legacy
Retired in favor of WS-INS-01 v2.4.1. Archived for traceability of legacy installs — do not mix new batches.
