Mixing instructions

    Part A mix4 min

    Combine fine oak sawdust with lignin powder, CaCO₃, borriesperse, potassium sorbate, FeSO₄, sorbitol, citrate buffer. Dry-mix 4 min.

    Wet hydration5 min

    Add 16.5g water gradually.

    CNF (reinforcement)5 min

    Add CNF slowly while mixing.

  4. 4
    Part B activate1 min

    Add 10g H₂O₂. Mix 1 min.

  5. 5
    Cast and cure28 h75 °C

    Cast into furniture mold. Ambient cure 24h, then oven 75°C for 4h.

  6. 6
    Finish with Part D45 min70 °C

    Melt beeswax + linseed oil 70°C. Apply 2–3 coats, hand-buff between.
