Mixing instructions

Combine fine oak sawdust with lignin powder, CaCO₃, borriesperse, potassium sorbate, FeSO₄, sorbitol, citrate buffer. Dry-mix 4 min.
- 2Wet hydration5 min
Add 16.5g water gradually.
- 3CNF (reinforcement)5 min
Add CNF slowly while mixing.
- 4Part B activate1 min
Add 10g H₂O₂. Mix 1 min.
- 5Cast and cure28 h75 °C
Cast into furniture mold. Ambient cure 24h, then oven 75°C for 4h.
- 6Finish with Part D45 min70 °C
Melt beeswax + linseed oil 70°C. Apply 2–3 coats, hand-buff between.
