    As ACS-01 but with added kraft lignin for density.

  2. 2
    CNF + whip6 min

    CNF disperse, then light whip (400 rpm) — fewer / smaller cells than STC-40.

  3. 3
    Combine A + C10 min

    Mix 10 min.

  4. 4
    Cast + cure52 h85 °C

    Cast into double-layer mold. Cure 48h ambient, then 85°C for 4h.
