    As INS-01 step 1.

    Silane pre-hydrolysis10 min

    In a separate beaker, hydrolyze silane in 30g water at pH 4.5 for 10 min. Add to main slurry before sawdust.

    Slurry + foam10 min

    As INS-01, but monitor — silane shortens pot life to ~20 min.

  4. 4
    Cast + cure5 h75 °C

    As INS-01, but raise oven hold to 75°C / 5h.
